Lady Shannon Griffin is the co-founder and Chief Operations Director of Storehouse of Christ Ministries. For over twenty years, she has used her administrative skills in service to ministries to ensure churches operate with excellence and integrity. In addition to working in the church, Lady Griffin has been a passionate advocate for families and communities to improve educational outcomes and address inequities in public education through social justice organizations. Shannon works with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) as a Senior Policy Advocate. Her work focuses on improving equity and access to our schools. She also works as a Program Director with Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League managing the Achievement Matters initiative, a program designed to increase academic and social achievement through a service-learning approach. Before working with the ACLU and the Urban League, she was the Executive Director with the Learning Link of Delaware, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing student achievement, college/career readiness, and community engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College. Lady G co-founded Storehouse of Christ Ministries with her husband Kevin Griffin out of a deep desire to see people saved, healed, delivered, and walking in their God-ordained purpose through the power of Jesus Christ. She is blessed to be the mother of three children – Jordan, Isaiah & Kayla Griffin and grandmother (GIGI) to Jordyn Elyse Griffin
